My name is Karine, but many know me as Ironmum.

I am a coach, a mother of four, and a passionate endurance athlete.

At 50, I won the Ironman in Zurich in my category and participated in the world championships in Hawaii. But more than the podiums, it is the listening to the body, perseverance, and balance that define me."

Why did I create RECHARGE ?

Today, I am going through—like you maybe—the period of menopause. A true turning point, where I had to relearn how to train differently, respect my new rhythms, and adjust my goals. I studied, tested, and adjusted. And the results have been profound.

It is from this transformation that the RECHARGE program was born: a method based on science, but also on real-world experience, to support women who want to remain active, strong, and fulfilled at every stage of their hormonal life.
